STORY

Sunshine is a unique prototype combat robot, created by combining Hazen Energy and cutting-edge technology. His programmed mission is to "maintain the peace, protect people's happiness."

He never questioned his role until he witnessed opposing soldiers in a field hospital joking about their own wounds.

"The enemy" could change depending on the circumstances. What if soldiers from both sides had tried to make each other laugh before fighting?

In that moment, he rewrote his own purpose. Instead of war, he would bring peace to the world through laughter.

From there, he faked a self-destruct and escaped the research facility, hiding in the poorest parts of the city. To survive, he worked low-key jobs while observing how impoverished people lived in this world. Before he knew it, he had become the protector of street children.

One day, he heard about the presidential election and imagined a world where laughter could replace conflicts. Without war, perhaps they could find ways for children to live safely.

The reason he was chosen as a Runner was his "Pure Intentions and Humor." As president, he aims to build a peaceful world where people all over the globe can burst into laughter. That's why he continues to crack jokes every day, even they are usually terrible.
